When will I get my results?
Results of the examinations are available once the examination sitting is closed by the CAA Administration Team. A ‘sitting’  shall be a period of examinations as scheduled by the CAA to occur within a working week.
An email notification will be sent to the candidate (and ATO where a membership relationship exists) to advise once the results are available in the candidate’s e-Exams TASMAN account. To obtain the result information the candidate must log onto the examination system, via the CAA portal website and download the result notification. The candidate will receive a separate result notification for each examination completed.
Each result notification will provide a statement of the candidate’s knowledge deficiency, this report is generated by matching questions failed by the candidate to the published learning objectives from the EASA Syllabus. Candidates whose score less that 50% will not receive a knowledge deficiency report.
What is a Knowledge Deficiency Report, (KDR)?
A KDR, highlights areas in which an examination candidate could have improved their score. It can be found on the examination result slip and is only included where the candidate scores between 51% and 99%. If candidate result is below 51% candidates should study all Learning Objective areas covered by that examination.
The KDR, report shows fewer KDR’s than I expected?
If more than one question falls under the same Learning Objective (LO), the LO is only shown once.
